Alejandro has more than 28 years of professional experience advising national and international clients on foreign trade and customs, health and life sciences, consumer protection, anti-corruption and immigration law.
With a focus on the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, food and retail industries, his advice focuses on import and supply chain strategies, mergers and
acquisitions, customs consultations, import and export strategies of products, among others.
He is member of the Mexican Association of Sanitary Rights and Regulations (Asociación Mexicana de Derecho y Regulación Sanitaria – AMDERSA), International
Bar Association (IBA), American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and Employment Law Alliance (ELA).
He earned his law degree from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico in Mexico City and LL.M from King’s College London, University of London, England.
